Minhag yisroel is a principle in judaism that you should follow the customs of your lineage or community or both. However, minhag yisrael doesn’t make sense. A minhag is a custom, but in order to create a custom, you must override a previous custom. For example, before Jews put shtreimels on their heads, they didn’t. Thus, the first Jew to put a shtreimel on his head was in violation of minhag yisroel. The first Jew to eat gefilte fish on Shabbat was in violation of minhag yisroel. The first Jew who wore black and white was in violation of minhag yisroel.

Furthermore, there is no objective definition of ‘community’ that would allow us to ascertain what the community does. In America, the practice is not to cover your head (and we are not to judge how ‘observant’ is the Jews who don’t cover their heads). Thus, anyone who covers his head is in violation of minhag America.

Finally, ‘Jewish law provides for a number of mechanisms to change or remove a custom when it is held to be mistaken or illogical’ (Wikipedia). Thus, because minhag yisroel per se is a mistaken and illogical minhag, based upon the logical fallacies inherent therein, the tradition of keeping it should be disposed of.

Massachusetts School Suspends Eight Year Old for Drawing Jesus on the Cross

The fascist pagans must be stopped, and we must reclaim our liberty.

TAUNTON, Massachusetts, December 15, 2009 (LifeSiteNews.com) – An 8-year-old boy was sent home from Maxham Elementary School and required to undergo a psychological evaluation after he drew a stick-figure picture of Jesus Christ on the cross.

The boy’s father, Chester Johnson, said he got a call earlier this month from the school informing him that his son, a second-grade student with special education needs, had created a violent drawing and was being sent home. The image depicted a crucified Jesus with Xs covering his eyes to signify that he had died on the cross.

“As far as I’m concerned, they’re violating his religion,” Johnson said. “They told me he would have to leave the school and get a psychological evaluation, which I didn’t see necessary for the picture that was drawn. Especially after I told them he went to the La Salette on Thanksgiving with his mom. I didn’t see anything wrong with the picture that was drawn.”

The boy and his family had recently gone to see a Christmas display at the National Shrine of Our Lady of La Salette, a Catholic retreat center in Attleboro.

Toni Saunders, an educational consultant with the Associated Advocacy Center who is working with the boy and his parents, told the Taunton Gazette, “I think what happened is that because he put Xs in the eyes of Jesus, the teacher was alarmed and they told the parents they thought it was violent. They weren’t looking at the fact that this is an 8-year-old child with special needs.”

“They made him leave school, and they recommended that a psychiatrist do an evaluation,” Saunders said. “When I got that call, I was so appalled that I had to do something,” she added.

Maxham School principal Rebecca Couet refused to comment to the media about the event and referred all questions to the superintendent’s office.

Superintendent Julie Hackett told the Taunton Gazette that district policy prevents her from discussing a “confidential matter regarding a student.”

School committee member Christine Fagan told WBZ radio, “I find the decision very disappointing. But I think there’s so much pressure now on people to look for all kinds of things. I think that’s what generates these types of responses. I think we really need to be careful about how far we want to take this idea of political correctness.”

The boy’s father said the school overreacted and his son was traumatized by the incident. The school district subsequently approved the family’s request to have the child transferred to another school.

“This is a highly intelligent kid. He gets 100’s on his tests,” Johnson told WBZ.

“I want him transferred to another school and I want something done about this. They owe my family an apology and they owe me an apology and what they can do is keep giving my son the education that he needs and work with him.”

Kerri Augusto, a professor of psychology and family studies at Becker College told WBZ that the school did more harm than good for the boy.

“More disturbing than the knee-jerk interpretation of this child’s drawing, is the response of the school,” Augusto said.

“The extreme lengths to which the administration went to ‘protect’ the child, resulted in punishment for the child and his/her family and shows blatant disregard for the child’s social and emotional needs.”

CHICAGO IL – Former Governor of Illinois, Rod Blagojevich held a book signing at Columbia College this week, promoting his new book, The Governor. He also participated in a debate for the Cinema Slapdown series hosted by the College. Members of We Are Change Chicago were on hand to watch the 1964 film Viva Las Vegas, the debate between the former governor and Dan Rybicky, and then most importantly speak with the Governor.

The mainstream media was present, the panel included: ABC, WGN, NBC, FOX, CBS, Chicago Tribune, and Chicago Sun Times. Again, the media made an epic fail by not covering or bringing up issues that actually matter. As we have seen in the past year, the media has only tried to bad-name his credibility, poke fun at his hair, call him names, or criticize his personal life. We Are Change, with the intention to provide the American people with the TRUTH, talked to Governor Blagojevich about his resistance to big banks, which is what really led to his arrest.

Obama, which, according to InfoWars, “documents how an offshore corporate cartel is bankrupting the US economy by design. Leaders are now declaring that world government has arrived and that the dollar will be replaced by a new global currency.”

We also spoke with Governor Blagojevich about Governor Jesse Ventura’s latest TV show,Conspiracy Theory. One of the most recent episodes covers the false flag attack that occurred on September, 11, 2001. It is Best to Have a Schedule

It is best to get up at a regular time in the morning, and go to sleep at a regular time at night. It is best to eat regular meals, and not to vary the essential nutrients in your diet too radically, except perhaps to give yourself a break on the weekends or special occasions. If you wake up at 8 o’clock, your schedule should look like this:

8 am Wake up and eat breakfast

9:30 am Go to work

10 am Work

12 pm Lunch break

1 pm Work

4 pm Snack break

4:30 pm Work

Mr Daniel Bettin:

I and countless other concerned citizens would like to know what you are going to do about Scott Wermerskirchin, who assaulted a student by the name of Robert Wanek. As you may or may not be aware, it is illegal for a teacher to assault a student, and to try to confiscate the student’s video camera, even if the camera is not technically permitted on school premises. It is also extremely distressing that, in an institution devoted to education, you have allowed your high school to be a facilitator of government propaganda, and that you have failed to warn students of the possible life-altering consequences of taking the flu shot that was administered on school premises, on the day in question. It is also distressing that the one person who was distributing information, such as the fact that you cannot sue the drug manufacturer for any side effects that you may get from taking these vaccines, was a student, and not a teacher. Rather, it was one of your science teachers that assaulted the student for trying to distribute this information!

Furthermore, evidently, you shoved this student in a threatening and cathartic manner unnecessarily. That is also ‘assault’, and you should also be tried for that crime. You can’t just lay your hands on someone and say that you were ‘escorting them out of the room’, just as that other bastard can’t get away with saying he didn’t lay his hands on the student when he rammed him with his chest. You government bureaucrats make your money from the tax dollars of concerned citizens like me. Right now I would love to see you kicked out of the school system for the way that you have treated this student.

My message to you is that we, the concerned citizens, WILL NOT REST until justice is done, and this man who assaulted Robert Wanek is brought to justice, and never allowed to teach at your high school again. I advise you think long and hard about this, make the right decision on the matter, and apologise to Mr Wanek and his family for the crimes that have been committed against him on your watch, for the way that you have allowed this student to be treated, and for the way that you have treated this student, in light of his heroic efforts to warn others of what they are unwittingly putting into their bodies just because the ‘authority’ tells them it’s a good thing to do.

Sir, it is YOU who needs to be sent to the principal’s office. You are in deep trouble, buddy.

Your actions were illegal, unjustified, and evil. But that is not my message to you. My message to you is that we will not rest until justice is done. We will not rest until you are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and you never enjoy the privilege of teaching children again. Why do ’scientists’ promote myths like global warming? Aren’t they … scientists? No. They are pseudo-scientists. The pseudo-scientists may or may not believe that they are doing real science, but it isn’t real science. Pseudo-science is based upon flawed premises that invalidate the conclusions drawn from those premises.

How have the flawed premises of global warming been allowed to fester? The answer is money, money, money. It is possible for a ’scientist’ to be a parasite just like everyone else. Furthermore, if they turn to ’science’ as their religion, then they would be especially corrupt. Don’t Be a Jew-Hater, Be a Pagan-Hater

Yes, fallen Jews have done the most damage to civilization per capita than fallen Christians. But it is not on account of their Jewishness that they did this damage throughout the 20th Century. To the contrary, it is on account of their lack of Jewishness that they did this damage. Hence, the term ‘fallen Jew’.

Why have fools who have fallen from the Jewish faith been disproportionately destructive in relation to fools who have fallen from the Christian faith? It is for two reasons: 1. It is much easier to fall from Judaism, because it is a more difficult (albeit arguably more rewarding) religion to keep, and 2. Jews and fallen Jews tend to be intelligent, which helps them to ascend to the higher echelons of any hierarchy. Why the slightly yet significantly higher average intelligence? I’d guess it has to do with the ’survival of the fittest’ process that took place over centuries of intermittent persecution. As Nietzsche said, ‘What doesn’t kill me makes me stronger,’ and that holds true for the Jews and fallen Jews as well.

If the problem is not with the Jews, but with the Godless pagans who fell from the Jewish (or Christian) faith, why hate ‘the Jews’? Jew-haters make one of two errors in reasoning:

1. They believe that the race to which most Jews and fallen Jews belong – the Khazar race – is hard-wired to ‘hurt the gentiles’ like some kind of anti-gentile Terminator. You have to be an idiot to believe this, but most people are idiots, so it’s easier than you think. Actually, the only real mental difference between the average Khazar and the average non-Khazar is the slightly higher average intelligence cited above. Other than that, we like to eat and sleep just like the next man.

2. They believe that the Jewish religion inculcates a desire to destroy gentiles, and for the Jews to destroy themselves in the process, since such destruction could only lead to hatred of the Jews, and destruction of the economy in which the Jews deal. This is not true, any more than it is true that Khazars like me are anti-gentile Terminators. Attempts by Jew-haters to dig into the Jewish religion by referencing works they don’t understand, whose role in the Jewish religion they don’t understand, are gravely misguided, for it is not the Jews who tend to be problematic; it is the fallen Jews – many of whom don’t even know what the Talmud is – that are problematic.

So what accounts for the existence of Jew-haters who harbor these false prejudices against Khazars and the Jewish religion? For one, it is because they don’t understand either one. Many of them fear and distrust the Jewish religion, as well as the Khazar race. But many of them also envy the Jews and wish to destroy them for this reason. They don’t care that the Jews are innocent, and it is the idolatrous pagans who have fallen from the faith who are to blame. They don’t mind killing the Jews, in addition to the pagans, because they envy the Jews anyway. This envy – in conjunction with the ignorance cited above – is the reason for misplaced Jew-hatred.

The moral of the story is: Don’t be a Jew-hater, be a pagan-hater.

I want to begin by saying that my attitude towards Israel is that, yes, it is supposed to be a Jewish state, established by Jews for Jews. However, it is not just for those who are properly called ‘Jews’. (I define a ‘Jew’ as someone who practices the Jewish religion, in slight defiance of Jewish law.) It is for those who would be improperly called ‘Jews’ by non-Jews, and potentially persecuted for that reason. That includes me. Regardless of my beliefs or values, if America or any other nation decided to come down hard on ‘the Jews’, I would surely be thrown into the mix. Thus, it isn’t only a state for REAL Jews who practice the Jewish religion; it is a state for NOMINAL Jews who do not practice the Jewish religion, but who would be called ‘Jewish’ by the ignorant non-Jews. Thus, I have reason to be concerned about Israel – unlike most non-Jews, who really have no good reason to care, but who obsess over the issue nonetheless.

Having prefaced my comments in that manner, the following are the first and second best (and worst) policies for the Arab/Israeli conflict:

The first best policy for the Arab/Israeli conflict is to expel the Arabs from the biblical Jewish state, and to let them go to any of 22 Arab nations in which it is perfectly legal to be a Muslim, but illegal to be a Jew. Arabs may visit Israel as (unarmed) tourists, but they may not reside in Israel. This is a policy advocated by the late great Rabbi Meir Kahane, and it should have been implemented a long time ago. However, because of the LEFTIST element within Israel (not the ZIONIST element), we find that the Arabs have been relegated to reservations, causing a very ugly situation for both the Israelis and the Arabs.

The second best policy for the Arab/Israeli conflict is not to kick the Arabs out of the country, but to carve out territories or reservations in whic Arabs are allowed, and to allow the Arabs to have freedom to trade with the outside world when in these reservations, except insofar as is deemed a threat to Israeli security. Arabs are allowed to travel from one reservation to another, but only if they and their belongings are secured in an Israeli vehicle when traveling through Israel. Thus, they would have the freedom to travel by being able to go to a harbor or an airport, as well as the freedom to trade by being able to interact with different reservations. The freedom to travel and the freedom to trade are rights that should not be denied the Arabs. Also, the Arabs should be given the right to enter Israel as tourists under Israeli military supervision, if they pay for it. But they should not be allowed to live there.

The first worst policy is to mix the Arabs and the Israelis, as if these chemicals are compatible. They are not. They are highly volatile chemicals due to the contrasting natures of their religions which, when mixed, are bound to explode.

The second worst policy is to have a two-state solution. This is just another way of saying that the current restrictions on arms sales in and out of the Arab territories would be lifted, allowing the Arabs total freedom to trade in whichever weapons they wish to use against Israel.

My Health Care Reform Proposal

This should be the health care reform.

1. Eliminate the 1949-1950 era law that prohibits insurance companies from competing across state lines. Take down this government-sponsored monopoly and allow people to buy and sell insurance policies from other states.

2. Implement malpractice reform. A major factor contributing to the cost of medicine is the higher price of medical bills due to the cost of malpractice insurance. E.g. an orthopedic doctor claims the average case costs him $500 more because of the cost of malpractice insurance. The same doctor said it can be as high as $1000 more for brain surgery. So implement a policy where doctors who are convicted of medical malpractice are punished not by fine but by time–time in the slammer.

3. Remove all pre-existent government-mandated requirements that insurers cover people for certain things for which they otherwise would not cover people, thereby forcing the cost of health insurance to rise for everyone.

4. Recognise that if you are going to have the government steal from Peter to pay Paul because Paul has no qualms using the democratic dictatorship to steal from people, then at least let the thievery come in the form of health insurance vouchers so that the medical industry is maximally privatised and free of bureaucratic interference.

5. Eliminate the welfare state so that morons don’t have children that they can’t afford, and then blame society for not giving them things like education, housing, food, money, and medicine to cover their poor children that they shouldn’t have had in the first place. In other words, make parents responsible for the expenses of their own children.

This is Not a Health Bill; This is a Death Bill

And it is not ‘health care reform’; it is ‘government takeover of healthcare.’

Why is this bill evil? Let us count the ways.

One, is that it’s evil to steal from people for whatever reason, and this is a massive trillion-dollar-plus spending (stealing) bill.

Two, is that it will destroy private insurance because it will provide people with less expensive socialized medical insurance. To this, you may say ‘great!’ if you are a parasite who likes to suck the blood of your fellow citizens. However, this begs the question of ‘for what will people be covered’? Thus, death panels are inevitable.

Three, the allocation of health care goods and services will be dictated by bureaucrats. Who gets what service and how the service is allocated will be dictated by bureaucrats. This lack of freedom and the monopolization of heath care will turn hospitals and doctors offices into the DMV (even more than they already are). Soon doctors’ salaries will also be dictated by the government, and the monopolization of health care will make it exceedingly less efficient.

Four, murdering babies will be subsidized by your tax dollars. Don’t believe me? Hear it from the horse’s mouth.

Five, this is going to kill the dollar.

Joseph Moshe (MOSSAD Microbiologist): “Swine flu vaccine is bioweapon”

Today, the MSM are not talking about this case any more. Yesterday, they wanted us to believe that Joseph Moshe was a nutcase and a terrorist, arrested for threatening to bomb the White House. Interesting detail about his arrest (the “Westwood standoff”) was that he seemed to be immune to the 5 cans of tear gas and 5 gallons of law-enforcement grade  pepper spray they pumped into his face. He very calmly remained in his car, as the video footage of his arrest shows.

Professor Moshe  had  called into a live radio show by Dr. A. True Ott, (explanation of Joseph Moshe’s call at 06:00) broadcast on Republic Broadcasting claiming to be a microbiologist who wanted to supply evidence to a States Attorney regarding tainted H1N1 Swine flu vaccines being produced by Baxter BioPharma Solutions. He said that Baxter’s Ukrainian lab was in fact producing a bioweapon disguised as a vaccine. He claimed that the vaccine contained an adjuvant (additive) designed to weaken the immune system, and replicated RNA from the virus responsible for the 1918 pandemic Spanish flu, causing global sickness and mass death.

Sources tell us that Bar-Joseph Moshe made no threat against the President or the White House. He did not mention any bomb or attack. He then proceeded to inform the White House he intended to go public with this information. When he noticed men in suits in front of his house and feared that the FBI was about to detain him, he packed some belongings into his car and, him being a dual Israeli citizen, tried to reach the Israeli consulate located in close proximity to the federal building where the standoff took place. The FBI and the bomb squad prevented him from reaching it. Who is this man? His profile on biomedexperts.com says he is a plant disease expert with many publications on his name involving the genetic manipulation of virii. Joseph Moshe was soon after his arrest sent or let go to Israel. Nothing has been heard from him since. The Secret Service was not the agency involved in the surveillance of Moshe at his home in California. This was done by the FBI, who had orders to detain or arrest him. Mounted on top of a large black vehicle used in his arrest was a microwave weapon that possibly damaged the electronics in Moshe’s car as well as any communication devices he had which might have been used to contact the media or others who could help him.

Moshe did not suffer the same effects of the gas and pepper spray that others would have because he had built up an immunity to such weapons as a by-product of his Mossad training. Moshe was not handcuffed because he was not placed under arrest.

Does this sound like an insane conspiracy theory? Sure it does. Due to the scarcity and anonimity of the sources we would dismiss it as exactly that, if it weren’t for some uncomfortable facts: Baxter Pharmaceutical has been caught, red-handed, in spreading a live, genetically engineered H5N1 Bird flu vaccine as a lethal biological weapon all over the world, destined to be used for human vaccinations. This happened just a few months ago. And only luck prevented a global catastrophe of epic proportions.

Baxter International Inc. had mixed live, genetically engineered avian flue viruses in vaccine material shipped to 18 countries. Only by sheer luck, a Czech laboratory decided to test the vaccine on a dozen ferrets, which all died in days. The World Health Organization was notified and catastrophe was averted. This was clearly a deliberate act on Baxter’s part, because they adhere to BS3, bio-safety level three. Baxter admitted a “mistake”. Such monumental screwups are totally impossible at that level. Many safety systems would have needed to be sabotaged, many key personell would have needed to be bribed. It simply can’t be done without direction from the inside. They did not send out the wrong vial – they produced dozens of gallons of biological-weapon agent (genetically engineered live H5N1 / Bird flu virus), then sent it out as a “vaccine”.

Baxter knew full well that their vaccine was lethal, because the year before they had tested it on a few hundred homeless Polish people – dozens died as a result.

Where’s the meat? Well – Baxter is now being sued for the deliberate, repeated contamination of vaccines with biological weapons designed – by them – to mass-murder people. Here is the complaint (PDF). By some kook nutcase? Not likely – Jane Burgermeister is an experienced, respected journalist. She is not the only one suing Baxter for planning and executing a plan for global genocide: Others are filing complaints as well. Read a well-researched complaint here (PDF).

Qui bono? We think it may be profit-motivated or even sheer incompetence, but for the conspiracy-minded:  The latter complaint alludes to intentional “culling of the herd”. Have you heard of the Georgia Guidestones? An enormous monument loaded with Masonic symbolism costing millions of dollars, it has been erected by unknown, powerful elites (multimillionaires with the clout to erect monuments wherever they please, obviously) around 30 years ago. It gives an “alternative ten commandments”, of which the first is the extermination of six and a half billion people from the face of the Earth. Half a billion will remain. This is the number of people the planet can sustain indefinitely, so that the descendents of the Rothschilds and Rockefellers can live in peace and affluence indefinitely. Slaves are needed to produce that luxury, but 500 million will do just fine. But how does one go about killing off most of the world?

“Vaccinating” the planet with a bioweapon with near-100% mortality would do the trick. Baxter would provide both the bioweapon as well as the vaccine against it to “civilized” Western peoples. Result: We can plunder Africa, we have no more competition from SE Asia, the oil is for our taking and only Western and perhaps Chinese sheeple remain.

Rockefeller said this in 1994 at a U.N. dinner: “We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis, and the nations will accept the New World Order.” PNAC said something similar right before 9/11.
